We at Gifts & Paper on Plaza stand behind our products and service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item or there is a problem with your order, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, there are no exchanges on customized orders*, jewelry, and sale items.
The item must be returned in original condition. Please keep damaged packaging and products, as photos will be required for replacement. Any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer - we do not sell used merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order # to obtain a return authorization (RA#) and return address. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. fedex, ups, usps) and retain a receipt. Gifts & Paper on Plaza is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to customer.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return store credit takes approximately 2-4 weeks to process upon receipt of the item. Any problems must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Please keep damaged packaging and products, as photos will be required for replacement.
*If you have made a mistake in the text or customization, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and redo your order at a 25% discount.
